Description
I know that this is a sad topic, but this painting is actually one of my favourite. Although when I suggested to hang this painting, my mom was very against it 
. By the way this is roughly the scene that was outside of the art class to which I went to, I tried to make it as true to reality as possible (minus some cars).

The chipped graves add to the age, but the overgrowth reproves revival of life in this pic. I can't tell if this were of an actual place or not, hm. Nicely done !
The sky blue backdrop adds light on what you call a "sad topic."
Personally, I like the natural-coloured mix of land - what interests me is the highlighted strands of white grass, which could be reflective light coming off the daily dew; this daily dew shows the care for this 'garden' despite its apparent abandonment. The soil compared to the rest of the painting is dabbed with a different texture. This interests me because extended strokes could represent the amount of growth something has gone thru in this pic. Even the sky itself has texture, subtly blended cloud in sky.
Something to point out is the darkness of green both in leaves and grass is found closer to the graves than not, placing eye focus there; the brick wall isn't the main focus but adds to the perspective in which the graves are seen.
